We are now making wood oven pizza 

We use CAPUTO FARINA from Napoli for our 48h pizza dough and the MUTTI tomato sauce. All the cheeses are from VANNELLA family business in Sydney, including the beautiful hand made mozzarella fior di latte, burrata and buffalo cheese.

Our Stracchino, Gorgonzola and Taleggio are from VIVALDI, Lecco, Italy, all imported FRESH (we don't use any frozen products for our pizzas)

It's extremely important for us to let you know  the very high quality ingredients we use for our wood oven pizzas.
