LA PIZZATA @Rusco&Brusco

We are now making wood oven pizza from Thursday to Sunday (Sunday all day from 12pm). All the fabulous ingredients we use daily  on our TIGELLE snd GNOCCHI FRITTI are the  toppings for our authentic italian pizzas.


We use CAPUTO FARINA from Napoli for our 48h pizza dough and the MUTTI tomato sauce. All the cheeses are from VANNELLA family business in Sydney, including the beautiful hand made mozzarella fior di latte, burrata and buffalo cheese.

Our Stracchino, Gorgonzola and Taleggio are from VIVALDI, Lecco, Italy, all imported FRESH (we don't use any frozen products for our pizzas).

The 'nduja, Italian sausages and  Pettuccia Salame are house made by Massimiliano Corradini of Parma Handcrafted Cured Meat in Rostrevor and all the vegetables are from TONY & MARK'S.

It's extremely important for us to let you know  the very high quality ingredients we use for our wood oven pizzas.
